Our cardio room has a diverse selection of equipment to meet the most demanding needs, including: Cybex treadmills, elliptical and arc trainers, steppers, and bikes.
Strength Machines
We understand the importance of strength training and we offer a wide variety of equipment, including: hammer strength plate loaded equipment and selectorized strength machines.
Pool & Whirlpool
Our newly renovated whirlpool and swimming pool are available 7am to 10pm for exercise or to relax after your workout.
Tanning
Our full-service Tanning Salon offers both basic and high-pressure tanning beds. Basic beds are great for those who want a base tan while our high-pressure beds with facial bulbs are for those who want a darker, deeper tan. We also are now proud to offer sunless spray tanning, which is a much healthier option.
Weights
For additional strength training, we offer a vast array of free weights, dumbells, and more.
